went pooling again yesterday.
my goshh.
the o'security guard was so darn funny.
this is how he checks the room.
security guard: 1 pool table. check.
4 portraits on the wall. (starts counting)
2 sofas. check.
2 aircons. check.
4 cues. check.
32 balls. (starts counting one-by-one.) check.
well, we cant help but start laughing out loud.
for goodness sake, who counts like that. and who in their right mind would even attempt to 'steal' a pool table, a sofa, or an aircon even out from the room. ok, but i think that was dammn funny. hhahahaha. i cant stop laughing.
then penitential service at risen christ.
fr peter koh was the priest i got and he's quite nice.
really guessed i havent been that much of a good catholic
though i've been going for church and stuff.
after that, it really felt as though a huge burden has been lifted off me.
surprisingly, he didn't make me say any penance.
but oh well, i went to say afew "our father" and "hail mary" on my own accord.
after mass, hung around and chatted with a couple of cyf people for an hour plus.
it was definitely great to see especially some of them
those whom i haven got into contact with for quite awhile
and knowing how much they've changed.
how much more open, sociable and cheerful they've become.
could it have been the sessions, the people, or... definitely GOD.
yes, it is.
I was sinking deep in sin, far from the peaceful shore,
But the Master of the sea, heard my despairing cry,
From the waters lifted me, now safe am I.
All my heart to Him I give, ever to Him I'll cling
In His blessèd presence live, ever His praises sing,
Love so mighty and so true, merits my soul's best songs,
Faithful, loving service too, to Him belongs.
